Starburst Parlor Keto Bakery was a dream that came to life durning the pandemic when owner Jill Shlesinger lost her career and turned to keto baking to stay busy during the city closures where she started to explore her new dietary lifestyle aimed at healing herself from Polycystic Ovarian Syndrome.
Her friend urged her to take the leap and follow her dream to open the first Keto Bakery and Coffee Shop in the city and her brick and mortar has been open in the historic medical district since opening its doors to guests both locally and from around the world in 2021.
