Thali plates are commonly seen throughout India and offer a balanced plate of contrasting flavors and delicious spices. A refined combination platter, our Thalis are complete with multiple vegetable curries, lentil dishes, raita, rice pilaf, chutney, handmade chapatis and dessert. Our Thali plates are a set menu each weekend, and are always 100% vegetarian.
As Reno’s only fully organic Indian Restaurant, we are pleased to offer the highest quality of food available in an assortment of authentic North Indian dishes. We are proud to be partnered with several certified organic farms, and source from as many local producers as possible. All of the farms we buy from are committed to healthy and clean growing practices. This means no pesticides or herbicides, no synthetic fertilizers, and a commitment to sustainable land usage. We believe good food begins with being good to the ground! And it’s quality you can taste.
Serj Singh’s family has a treasure trove of family recipes that have lasted the test of generations of palates. His family has long held the dream of opening a restaurant to showcase these dishes, and the time has come for Reno to taste their rich heritage. Despite enjoying their retirement, it’s not uncommon to find Serj’s parents happily flipping chapatis while the rest of the Thali crew serves up dinner.
