Bella Vita

Bella Vita is a bistro and full-service catering company located in the Carson Valley and serving all of Northern Nevada for over 12 years. (We have even gone as far as Tonopah.) We are known for high quality, fresh, innovative food at fair prices, and with amazing service. We will customize the menu to meet your needs and budget.

We can provide specialty staff for any event, such as bartenders and sushi chefs, and can arrange all of your party rentals as well, including linens, china, paper products and more… everything you might need to make your event extra special and unique!

You may have seen us at one of your local farmers markets selling our homemade chips, dips and cheese spreads. These include delicious options like garlic Parmesan dip, sun-dried tomato basil dip, and cheese spread featuring prawn butter, smoky bacon Gouda, southwest chipotle and our biggest seller, Parmesan garlic lemon scallion. Stop by and sample our newest product: black truffle aioli!

We also offer Japanese sea salad, crispy kale and herbed Parmesan garlic butter.
