Noble Pie Parlor

Located in the underbelly of the historic El Cortez Hotel in downtown Reno, Noble Pie Parlor has come together as a collective idea to uphold the principles of incredible pizza & craft beers shared in the company of friends and family.

We are dedicated to deliver not only the highest quality local produce and meats for our handmade sausage and meatballs, but also the best in cured meats and salamis available to us. We specialize in East Coast style artisan, oven-fired pizza by the slice or the whole pie.

We make our eighth-generation Sicilian dough and fourth-generation Brooklyn sauce recipes in house everyday. Our produce is always crisp, fresh and sourced locally when it’s available to us.  In fact, if it’s inside our kitchen and makes its way to your table, chances are it was made from scratch.  Right down to the ranch dressing.
