Ponderosa Meat & Provision Company

Ponderosa Meat Company began business more than 40 years ago when three local Nevadans worked together to start up a full-service butcher shop. Today, it is a retail and wholesale butcher shop run by members of the founding families.

Our meats are top-quality and cut fresh each day. Our sausages, bacon, and all-beef patties are created right in our shop, often with meat from local ranches. We process meat for many Nevada ranches helping to keep local products in our community.
