Neal Portnoy, known as the “Illustrator to the Stars,” is a celebrated figure in the Las Vegas art scene, captivating collectors, celebrities, and sports figures with his vibrant illustrations. A former illustrator for the Las Vegas Review Journal, Neal now serves as a commissioner on the Las Vegas Arts Council and was a Top 3 Finalist in Park West Gallery’s “Made in Vegas” inaugural artist search competition.

Over his illustrious career, Neal has been commissioned by numerous corporate and private clients, including the creation of the iconic 28’ x 40’ “Greatest Raiders of All Time” mural inside Allegiant Stadium. His expertise in caricatures enables him to capture the essence of his subjects, with his signature felt marker technique, he personifies the spirit of his stunning works of art.

In true Las Vegas spirit, Neal has illustrated many of the city’s entertainers and sports celebrities.
