  • Sierra Chef is located in beautiful, historic Genoa, Nevada. We are open Tuesday through Sunday from 10am to 5pm.

    Sierra Chef is an Italian Bakery, Gourmet Market and offers Cooking Classes in their Commercial Kitchen. We also offer Gourmet To Go meals daily featuring such specialties as Tuscan Lasagna, Braciole, Fresh Pastas, Sauces, Soups and so much more! Sierra Chef provides catering for events, large and small. We also manage Orchard House in Genoa for Weddings and Events.

    Sierra Chef also hosts the Sierra Chef Farmers Market at Heritage Park in Gardnerville every May through September.
