Mountain Mushrooms

Mountain Mushrooms, north of Reno, is the only mushroom grower in the Reno-Tahoe area. Owner Nate Rosenbloom’s small-scale production farm focuses on growing the highest quality gourmet mushrooms for local restaurants and home cooks alike.

The farm specializes in oyster mushrooms and shitake mushrooms. You can enjoy them at many Reno area restaurants, and they are also available at the Great Basin Community Food Co-op in Reno.
