The Union

An eatery, tap-house and coffee bar that is proud to call Carson City home. Founded by Mark Estee, renowned restaurateur and pioneer of the farm-to-table movement in northern Nevada, and Mark Trujillo, acclaimed coffee roaster and owner of Hub Coffee Roasters. The Union brings two of the region’s most celebrated talents together.

FOOD: We use only the finest local ingredients to create our mouth-watering dishes. Our chefs choose the freshest meats and produce daily to create a meal unlike any other. Don’t forget to mix things up with our daily specials.

BEER: Cool, crisp and refreshing. There is always something great on tap at The Union, whether it’s a local craft beer or one of our very own house brews. All of our house beers are made fresh in-house and feature a variety of seasonal flavors. Our draft beers and lagers are sure to please at any time of the year!
