We are humble desert mycophiles and would like to share the magic of mushrooming with others. It all started with curiosity and fascination with fungi; we have been eating mushrooms our entire lives but have been cultivating for fun for some years before going all-in, Sundown Mushrooms was born and now here we are mushrooming in the desert in our small indoor farm.

Our mission is to sustainably grow gourmet healthful mushrooms through regenerative practices and offer the freshest specialty mushrooms to locals within the great Las Vegas valley.

We minimize our impact and waste by leaving the land better. We conserve energy and lessen our water consumption by growing specific mushroom species flowing with the seasons.

We’re all hands on deck in all the technical aspects from start to finish. Even with each step requiring meticulous protocols and technicalities, tender loving care foes far beyond any technique learned from any book.
